Each traveler is responsible for providing accurate personal information and valid travel documents, including passports and required supporting materials. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete passenger data.
6. Changes by Client
Requests to change dates, names, accommodation type, or other booking components may incur additional fees and are subject to availability and partner policies.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the package, timing, and third-party supplier terms. Eligible refunds, where applicable, are processed after deductions for non-refundable commitments already made with partners.
8. Changes or Cancellation by Company
In rare operational circumstances, we may adjust itineraries, accommodations, or transport details. If a major service cannot be delivered, we will provide reasonable alternatives or applicable refund treatment consistent with supplier policies and law.
9. Liability Limitation
We act as a travel organizer and coordinator and are not directly responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, or government authorities.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, security issues, or transport disruptions.
11. Conduct and Compliance
Travelers are expected to follow local laws, religious guidelines, and accommodation/transport rules throughout the journey. Misconduct may lead to service restriction without refund where legally permissible.
